Hi! My name is Yvonne, and I am the artist, designer, and owner of Jellybean Jumble.

It all started when I decided to retire from my corporate job. I had been with the same company for 14 years, and I knew my heart and soul wanted something more authentic to me, so I planned and saved, and yes, I walked out. By that, I gave the proper two-week notice and left my 9-5 job. I miss the people and connections, but I don’t miss the work, constant, never-ending tasks, or emails.

Now, I “work” double overtime on something I am passionate about. I aim to brighten lives and spread love by sharing my cheerful, inspirational, and energizing art and content, which uses unique, colorful imagery and genuine messaging to spark positive feelings. 

My pieces embody a very personal moment in my life, and I allow my individual expression to see the light of day and go with what feels right. They are a jumble of all my weird and unique bits mixed with love and positivity.

Using my graphic design degree, I create collage and digital illustration art using paper products, personal photographs, hand-drawn illustrations, and recycled and upcycled found objects and materials. I use Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance colors and images, and often, I add other unique ingredients. I like to work with inks, paints, stamps, paper, embossing powders, colored pencils, markers, pens, and pretty much any messy product I can get my hands on. 

I wake up excited and ready to see where my day goes and what creation will emerge. It fills my heart and aligns more with who I am deep in my soul. It’s like Christmas vacation and Christmas morning all rolled into one. Please note that Christmas is my favorite holiday, so this is big feels and excitement.

Along with sharing my art, I like to spend my days collecting beautiful moments with those I love, laughing until my stomach hurts, playing board games, crafting, traveling, and just living in La Dolce Vita.
