Journal Snippets: Thursdays Thoughts

Hello internet family, friends and neighbors. We are back again with another set of Journal Snippets. I decided to go with Thursdays lot because, for some reason, it contained the least amount of pulled entries. Being the odd one out, it made sense to use it to try out my new format. Hopefully this new format will make it a smoother read. It’s a work in progress and it might take a few versions before its perfect for me. Anyway, here it is, in its new format, please enjoy.

“With God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26.

A smattering of journal entries, because its mind-blowing to see His golden thread, connecting events and making a way.

Snippets from random Thursdays.

God is with me. There is nothing to be afraid of. I am taking one day at a time. I am going to walk away from it and let the inspiration come to me. Take a leap of faith. Make moves. I just don’t want to do the wrong thing. What ever feels right, is what I’m doing.

Today’s Thoughts = Same thoughts but better, because I am getting better.

I know that God is with me. So much more now than, way back when, I journaled that sentence. It’s scary out here in these mean streets, especially because my content is so very near and dear to my heart. I love seeing that He immediately threads His encouragement right into any doubt and fear with the simple statement, There is nothing to be afraid of. Thank you Lord! Taking it one day at a time helps me become a more patient person and I  am enjoying the journey. I trust His timing and His process.

Trust His Timing.

Especially when inspiration just up and decides to fizzle out. Instead of forcing it, I know if I walk away from it, the inspiration will come to me. By sitting quietly with my bible, I always get the word I need, to take a leap of faith and make moves toward my purpose. I KNOW, THAT I KNOW, THAT I KNOW I am doing the right thing. I think I’ll put that on a t-shirt! What HE wants me to do is what I am doing. Thank You God for teaching me to how to trust the messages You are sending me! I am not doing this for money or popularity, I am spreading love to please God. I know that might not be trendy or glamorous to everyone but that’s okay by me. Praising God is the most important part of my life.

Thank You God!

For being the shortest list of snippets, I certainly had a lot of thoughts about them today. I am grateful for all of my blessings and every day I get here. I love how journaling helps me to see God’s work in my life. Are you a journal person yet? When was the last time you read your bible? God is waiting for you, no matter where you are, all it takes is a minute to open up the bible and get close to Him.
